FinUSAFoods is committed to making authentic and artisanal value-added food products from environmentally sustainable and wild-caught USA Silver Carp. These fish are nutritious and free of dioxins like PCPs and Mercury. Our products are high in protein and Omega-3-fatty acids. Produced in small batches, our product lines include all-natural surimi-based fish cakes and fish balls along with our boneless fillets. We season with only fresh ingredients. Our products are gluten-free and dairy-free. There is no MSG, no egg products, no artificial colors or flavors or preservatives. We take the time to make our products delicious and nutritious, so that all your time can be focused on enjoying and savoring every bite.

Silver Carp as a main ingredient. Wild-caught USA Silver Carp is recognized as a “Best Choice”
by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch for nutritious and sustainable fish. Good to eat and good

Additionally, we are proud to be certified in both FDA/USDC-NOAA Seafood HACCP and SQF.
Our primary staff hold the highest qualifications in Nutrition and Health Sciences along with
recognitions from the University of Oregon Surimi School. Our fish are harvested in the USA and
our products are proudly made in the USA.
